The mural refers to four selected Sustainable Development Goals included in the 2030 Agenda. On a symbolic level, it refers to responsible consumption and production, combating climate change, protecting life below water, and safeguarding terrestrial ecosystems and biodiversity. The composition serves as a visual reminder of the interdependence between humans and the environment and the necessity of taking action for future generations.

The author of the concept and the creator of the mural is the Silesian artist Raspazjan, whose work is well-known to the residents of the region. The characteristic intensity of colours and expressive form give the work a strong, distinctive character.

The work stands out not only for its subject matter and colour scheme, however. It was entirely made using photocatalytic paints containing titanium dioxide. The applied technology ensures that the mural's surface supports the process of reducing selected air pollutants – upon contact with light, it initiates chemical reactions that limit the presence of harmful substances.

This is an example of combining art with modern technological solutions. The mural not only addresses the issue of environmental protection but also – in both a symbolic and practical sense – aligns with the idea of sustainable development.
