The phrase "Return to the conversation," according to Alberola, is meant to encourage the continuation of the conversation about the city, about the place of art in public space, which began with Katowice's efforts to obtain the title of European Capital of Culture 2016. The creators were assisted by three students from the Katowice Academy of Fine Arts: Karolina Biesiadecka, Mateusz Hajman, and Krzysztof Piętka.
